Commercial Projects
Each city has a zoning and planning division which designates land use as commercial or residential. We make sure the land is zoned for your needs. With a survey of the land, it will reveal any encumbrances that would require special easements or prohibit development. We will hire an architect to design and show you different plans for the commercial property that you want to build. The architect will work closely with you to ensure that your expectations are met. We will then lay out a project plan that outlines when activities are to be completed and inspected. Depending on the length of the project we will update you weekly, biweekly or monthly. We will discuss and develop a plan to manage the entire project, making sure that the pace of the projects are within your expectations.
Pre-Construction Planning and Consultation
Prior to breaking ground on even the smallest projects, a considerable amount of planning needs to be completed to ensure the project’s success. A clear and concise roadmap that clearly defines all of the steps from start to finish, can alleviate much of the stress that is felt during the construction process. From scheduling and materials procurement, to defining what expectations the owner should have during each phase until completion, we pride ourselves on being prepared for whatever challenges might arise.

Painting

Natural Disaster Recovery
– Flood Recovery In West County
Close to home – our friends and neighbors in the West County Guerneville area are starting to dry out and begin recovering from the devastating floods of a week ago… We have started assisting three home owners at present with clearing debris and doing the necessary renovations to restore their homes to “pre-flood” and hopefully better condition.
