Dennis comes to Wolff Contracting with 43 years’ experience in the environmental management field, specifically water quality management.  During this time, he was directly involved in multiple aspects of large public works projects from planning and project management to physical system startup.  An alumnus of the Sonoma State University School of Business and Economics, with an emphasis in Organizational Development, Dennis’s professional life has mostly been in developing and managing programs and directing staff.  He also was adjunct faculty at Santa Rosa Junior College for ten years, teaching a section of their water quality program.
